Flawlix offers a 60-day free trial. No payment information is required during the trial, so there is nothing to refund for trial use.
After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription, currently $10 per year.
Unless required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time on an active subscription period.
We may issue a refund at our discretion in cases such as duplicate charges, billing errors, or other exceptional circumstances.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly at support@flawlix.io with the email address used for purchase and any relevant receipt or transaction details.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider and may take several business days.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
