Flawlix LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Flawlix macOS app and flawlix.io. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what we do not collect.
Flawlix reads text from the active text field on your Mac so it can autocorrect words as you type. That processing happens on your device.
We do not store, transmit, or retain the content of what you type. Flawlix does not send your messages, documents, or other typed text to our servers.
To provide autocorrection, Flawlix may observe typing events, text field state, and cursor position through macOS system APIs such as Accessibility and Input Monitoring. This information is used only to decide whether and how to correct text in the app you are using.
Flawlix also stores some settings locally on your Mac, such as whether you have completed onboarding, your license information, and app preferences.

Those services may process information according to their own policies when you use Flawlix or visit our website.
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Locally stored app settings remain on your Mac until you delete them or uninstall Flawlix.
You can stop using Flawlix at any time and revoke macOS permissions in System Settings.
If you do not want crash reporting, you may be able to limit it through macOS or by not submitting feedback through the app. Some licensing checks require network access to function.
Flawlix is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
